Understand and apply drilling metrics and drilling technology.
Ensure that Drilling Operations are carried out in a profitable manner and consistent with the General Project Strategy and Organization.
Demonstrate creativity and foresight in applying engineering criteria to anticipate and solve problems while drilling.
Determine the objectives and requirements to develop a detailed drilling program.
Develop standards and guidelines that facilitate and optimize drilling engineering activities.
Prepare the data for the development of the AFE schedule of each well.
Ensure that the drilling program complies with government documentation and requirements, and the organization’s metrics.
Participate in the Operational Boards, adding technical value to drilling operations.

Plan, supervise and execute all activities in the engineering and construction phases for both new and existing facilities. Prepare and modify of plans.
